虽然合并了改动，但是我还是做了一些修改，具体你可以再看一下我的改动
wechat.V3DecryptViolationNotifyCipherText()
或者解析 V3NotifyReq 后的 method req.DecryptViolationCipherText()

忘记删除了dc，我们是把gopay用到了goframe框架上，那个dc是描述（description）的简写
