Each of those only grouped 1 property, making them useless. This closes godotengine/godot-proposals#1840.

The 'Script' category of a node is by default collapsed in the inspector. Expanding it only reveals a single other line - with the same name.
Needing to expand it for a single option that could have been in place of the category unnecessarily slows down editing (prevents direct drag & drop) and unnecessarily allocates more space.
Describe the feature / enhancement and how it helps to overcome the problem or limitation:
The script field can be part of the the 'Node' category, which is expanded by default (same with 'Pause' -> 'Mode' which can be 'Pause Mode').
