Godot version:
3.2.3
3.3 RC 8

OS/device including version:
Ubuntu 20.10

Issue description:
This is more visible the higher the linear and angular dampening

At 50 linear/angular damp:
bug

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Run the MRP

By the way, I can reproduce it clearly in another project with mass 1 and linear/angular dampening 0.5, so "you shouldn't use that high dampening therefore not bug" doesn't necessarily cut it.
