Update docs to version 4.0

This updates the docs so that when we run --doctool to update a single file we don't have to manually unstage 651 other files

@Xrayez Come to think of it, we probably already can do --doctool "path to file" or something similar. I just ran --doctool . and ended up with every single document changed
