Breaks on CJK and non-CJK edge, like how it was implemented in
RichTextLabel. So that latin words used inside these sentences are wrapped on their own.This is an issue originally mentioned in #45290 (comment) for
RichTextLabel, and fixed forRichTextLabelin #49280.
