Fix C# editor dialogs #82683

  • Use EditorInterface to open C# editor dialogs.
  • Ensure C# editor dialogs are open after EditorProgress finishes.

Fixes the error about dialogs mentioned in #80260 (comment).

- Use `EditorInterface` to open C# editor dialogs.
- Ensure C# editor dialogs are open after `EditorProgress` finishes.
