Hi,

I am new to GitHub and how to change codes for these APIs. I just installed Cloud Print Connector onto our server and pushed out the copiers that users can access through Google Cloud Print. All the copiers and printers pushed out fine, but the only issues we have is that the Paper Size are defaulted to Custom [Name Fixed]. If users are unaware that paper size has to be changed, they will be prompted every time to select the paper size on the copier.

My question then, is there a way to change the paper size defaults to Letter?

This may be a rehash of bug #279. Commented there too and think there is no solution. As a curiosity which devices and browser are you using? In my case it's Lenovo Tab4 10 Plus tablets running Android 7.1.1, and Google Chrome for browser.

We too are having this same issue with "custom" being the printer default rather than "letter". We have seen this on a variety of HP, EduGear, and Acer Chromebooks. All of the Chromebooks are on the current version (v78). We see this on our Kyocera copiers and Dell network printers.

The following two model printers have shown the custom paper.
