docs(v1beta1): Update analyzeWorkloadMove documentation (#190)

fix(v1beta1): Removed `restrict_allowed_services`, `RestrictAllowedServicesRequest`, `RestrictAllowedServicesResponse`

- [ ] Regenerate this pull request now.
