Small visual glitch when mouse over the last row of the matrix

The domainOnly div in cellHotspots with bottom: -20% makes the popup window resize when you hover over the last row in the matrix.

This was caused by the domain expander. There is still one case in which the domain expander will cause the popup to be resized, but there is nothing I can do for that one: if a row is collapsed and last in the list, hovering over the domain name will cause the expander widget to appear and since it is positioned slightly offset downward out of the parent (by design, to emphasized it acts on following rows), this will cause the overall popup html to be resized to accomodate the new overall html size.
