Various changes:

• Updated Various Dependencies within their major version
  • This includes moving PyYaml off version 6.0.0 (which can no longer be build, normally at least) onto 6.0.2
• Added Forgotten Content
  • Added Red Bull Ring (was released with the GT2 DLC)
  • Added Mustang (was released after Nords)
• Changed Display Names for Tracks:
  • Removed DLC Tag
    • It was arbitrarily applied to some DLC content, but not others
    • Applying it to all DLC content makes it however also useless
    • Could add the name of the DLC, but even with abbreviations the Textbox would get unnecessarily get cluttered
  • Added ü to the Nürburgring tracks
  • Removed _ and capitalized park for Outlton Park
  • Added Alternative names
    • Bathurst for Mount Panorama
    • COTA for Circuit of the Americas
    • Spielberg for Red Bull Ring
• Removed information about the 1.8 update removing track variants (it has been nearly 3 years, this is not relevant anymore and just confusing)

I have been on another branch experimenting with Debian 12 (Debian 11 is afterall EOL) for the docker container (I have been also building my own container, because dockerhub has not been updated in a year).
I didn't include it for now, as one of the things I found was that the docker image size massively increased due to the wine package being way bigger (kind of happens when something isn't stale).
