I believe that the metrics changed names when we updated our OTel dependency a few months ago.
When we did the OTel upgrade we also switched to using OTel-instrumented Collector metrics. This meant that there are no metrics for the LB exporter anymore, because in the Collector the LB exporter is instrumented with OpenCensus instead of OTel. There is work underway upstream to add OTel instrumentation. I'll comment out the LB panels in the dashboard for now.
