click on help: get broken URL in browser

If the URL has a doubled /en/en/ included (i noticed the same recently) then this might be a regression introduced in #3792 recently.

Fix: Fix links to manual

The language must not be included in the default URL. It is added
depending on the current user settings.

Also update the links to the GMP docs.
