updates datastore paths from /datastores/name/version to /datastores/name

You claim that for a datastore named mnist, version 1:

It will be mounted to: /datastores/mnist/1

But in practice it is mounted to /datastores/mnist

Contrast: https://docs.grid.ai/features/datastores/faq has the correct information
