Just watched Celerity's stream and he had 1 frail and 2 weak, and Vacuum+ said it would deal 17 damage for some reason? Should do 18.

@gskleres Due to the way the card handles damage calculation if the player has Weak, it's going to be inaccurate due to rounding. Not really sure how to handle it better.
