Hi, I thought I would contribute back to your handy tool!
I added NPC and Monster generators including generating related bold words such as NPC, Faction, Monster, etc. where the rules would call for another roll on a different chart. For that feature I used upper case place holders to indicate a roll on a new chart then update the description to remove the tag. I think its fairly obvious when you look at the json.
One warning, I don't know Portuguese, I took a shot at translating using google translate which I imagine wont provide very good translations but I hated to commit with English word in there. Apologies in advance for any terrible translations! :)
