get_title

Conditions reordered. og:title seems to work better as the first option.
bug in the title condition
deleting the last splits that not always work

get_site_name

twitter:site instead of twitter:title
bug in the last splits, that should be different depending on domains with or without www.


          bugs fixed and minor improvements in get_title and get_site_name
