Overview

This is an issue to update the onboarding and offboarding issues with a revised set of action items so that the person being offboarded can do some of the steps themselves and then put the issue into Questions column

Action Items

Review current onboarding template
Separate into stuff the lead has to do, and the participant can do, putting participant activities first
adding an instruction for participant to move it to questions once the participant is done self offboarding
include instructions from the below copy block

- [ ] Review the issues you are assigned to and make sure you have left all relevant information, links, etc in the issue
  - [ ] Hide any update reminders (by clicking the three dots on top of the comment and choosing hide. Reason is outdated)
- [ ] Leave comments with questions you may have
- [ ] Review the issues with your lead, to determine if they have question
- [ ] The lead will remove and reprioritize the issue
- [ ] Unsubscribe yourself from the issue

add all the links to the onboarding/offboarding issues into the resources section

Add checkbox between leave comments and review the issues with your lead
Add missing labels
Product is the role
Then we can prioritize it
