Overview

We need to check the Issue queue (weekly) to make sure all open issues are either labeled with role, priority, feature labels or are tagged with appropriate missing labels. And that we are reducing the number of issues with missing labels.

The research team is making new issues. One seems like it should have a draft label but does not. One of the issues seems well labeled, and might be ready for product to review, but doesn't have a `ready for product label. Add item to team agenda, to review process with Research
