Bay Breeze

This is a bugfix release.

The UnstructuredRemittanceIdentifier was not considered when computing the MD5 fingerprint and was therefore invalid.

This version has breaking changes to v1.0.

• Implementation of Pflichtenheft version 2.5.
• Remove cakephp classes and use rmccue/requests instead. Now using curl for the SO communication instead of fopen should also increase significantly the redirect to the bank.
