Update deps, including new hapi scope

Updates swagger flavor's deps, moves to new @hapi scope.

Note that you'll see deprecation warnings on install, as hapi-swagger is still in the process of this update, too. Actively, though, it seems, so might happen pretty soon? hapi-swagger/hapi-swagger#587

@devinivy should we leave this flavor un-updated till that lands? Or push forward now and come back later?

A few open items here, mostly housekeeping:

• Need to bump package.json version
• Merge in pal to get README updates / incidental changes
