Eco Metadata not available on the mainnet

We have recently minted tokens on hedera mainnet using the guardian service however, on the ledger works we are not able to see the metadata (in general the Eco tab is missing). When we mint the token on testnet we can see all the form metadata under the NFT.

Is there a different process that we have to perform on mainnet?

@saharshkhicha18 we have gone through the entire sequence of events and artifacts and their relationships of both testnet and mainnet for this token, they are identical - all messages and all IPFS files are available, the structure seems correct and matches. At this point we have two hypothesis, both concerning ledgerworks:

1. mainnet indexing in ledgerworks is much slower than the testnet due to the overall volume size (testnets get reset regularly, mainnet by definition runs forever)
2. there is an issue in ledgerworks which somehow only affects the mainnet indexing

In both cases we don't know how to help any further, perhaps it'd be helpful to reach out to ledgerworks for suggestions.

I see! Actually we had an issue with the INITIALIZATION_TOPIC_ID. It is working fine now. Thanks for your help
