Consul cluster takes a long time to normalize after helm install #2

I'm seeing several minute delays in the consul to gain quorum following install. Is there any way we can make this happen faster?

I would like to qualify if this is actually a valid problem.

I'm not seeing that in my cluster (GKE) with no values overridden. I'm seeing the cluster gain quorum in seconds after coming up. Are there more details you can share? (By the way we moved repos I just sent you an invite).

Closing since I haven't been hearing this and we deployed on all major hosted platforms.
