Update vendor folder for network package 2019-06-01 #4291

We are using APIs in network package version 2019-06-01 under vendor folder so that upgrading the vendor folder for network is required.

This has been released in version 1.34.0 of the provider. Please see the Terraform documentation on provider versioning or reach out if you need any assistance upgrading. As an example:

provider "azurerm" {
    version = "~> 1.34.0"
}
# ... other configuration ...
