Calling out the breaking change notes specifically: I don't believe that these are actually breaking (as the API would have rejected the request otherwise), which is why I felt safe to move ahead w/ them in a minor release. They're called out as breaking to be explicit about it, but they could have gone in BUG FIXES instead.
