Authorization based on array relationships (tricky use case)

Hi All
I am trying to model a particular auth issue, and needed some help

I have 2 tables

user
----
user1	user1details
user2	user2details
user3	user3details

user-event
---------------
user1	event1
user2	event1
user1	event2

Lets assume a FK relationship (array relationship) between the user columns in both tables

A user should be able to access rows from the user table IFF that row references a users who are part of an event that they are attending (could be the user themself).
In this case, user1 should be able see the rows in the user table corresponding to user1 and user2, as they are both attending an event(event1) that user1 is attending.

Any ideas on how to configure this in Hasura?
