Exported TSVs are actually CSVs

What is the issue you are experiencing?

Seems to be the same behavior as described in #376.

The page for generating a bill of materials claims that it will create a TSV (where the delimiter should be a tab), but instead generates a file with a comma as a delimiter.

Documentation advertises CSV exports, so it could be behaving as expected (other than the user interface and the resulting file ending in .tsv).

How can the maintainer reproduce the issue?

1. Export a BOM.
2. Examine the file in a text editor.
