Describe the issue
The "Draw it!" exercises are not available in Dutch. All levels show English text.

Add a screenshot (optional)

Expected text
The tab should be Dutch too (e.g. "Teken het!"), as should all text in the exercises and example code.

**Description**

Adds Dutch translations of the "Draw it!" exercises in levels 1 to 15.

**Fixes #4939**

**How to test**

1. Run Hedy and select "Nederlands" as preferred language
2. In level 1 to 15, select the tab "Teken het!"
