Make the following changes: - Generates all files that need to be updated instead of just JavaScript files. - This is done via a `doit` command, `doit run _autopr`. - Make it use the `pull_request_target` event, so that it can run with access to the Personal Access Token which allows pushing to forks (necessary to update Weblate PRs, which are created from a fork).
