Broken UI on background on the export gif button ( aspect ratio of the recorded gif influences the export diag)

The only thing i remember doing vaguely different was that the gif's width was extremely long ( i was trying to record the tail of the logs)

and it did that.

Confirm reproducible on wide~ish recording areas. not sure on the limit of the width

(also it seems to be a aspect ratio thing. second time... i tried recording a larger width but this time with a significant height. and the white background was reduced to bottom parts)
