Includes complete and validated support for all z/Architecture Binary Floating Point instructions. Includes other enhancements and corrections.

Note that build instructions for both Windows and open source host platforms have changed. Read:

  1. BUILDING.txt, then
  2. README.BuildWin.txt (for Windows builds), or
  3. README.BuildUNIX.txt (for open source platforms).

If you are building on Windows, you should also read

  1. README.BuildWinSupp.txt

For the convenience of Windows users of Hercules 4.0.0-rc0, zip files with pre-built binaries are included below.

For the convenience of those Windows builders of Hercules 4.0.0-rc0, installers are included for SoftFloat 3a For Hercules (SF3a4Herc.exe) and for Windows builds of the pcre, bzip2, and zlib libraries (WinSup4H.exe).
