We should probably add somewhere in this description a note along the lines of "(renamed from hetio in 2019)"... since there are some uses of the package name hetio that we can't change and some users are familiar with this name.

This PR changes the name of the
hetiosoftware tohetnetpyper hetio/hetnetpy#40I don't believe there was anywhere else that we mentioned the
hetiosoftware other than the software page. Please double check me on that @dhimmel .Ignore the name of the branch, that was a mistake.
