Well, if it makes all the pyviz packages be more similar and thus simpler to maintain, let's merge this. But presumably we can't update the website with these instructions until there is a release? |

Just wanted to throw this work up, since I had it. I'd be happy to let this PR sit, and if we ever decide that we want to add a console script we'll have it.
