- Update service descriptions
- Add a timeout when adding an entity in case the server cannot reach the device. Will mark device as unavailable if unreachable. We don't currently have a way to track if a device is back online, so requires a reload of the config entry.
- Fix adapter logging the correct device name when adding an entity
