Proposed change
Update calendar tests to all use the same fixtures which uses mock entities instead of demo platform. This is in preparation for some additional fixes in calendar platform that are easier to test with mock entities.
The tests currently setup the entity in slightly different ways (either using fixed events, using fixed events with a time shift, or creating specific events used during the test) but that is not changed for now -- just the fixtures are updated leaving the existing test logic alone.
