Bump ZHA dependency zigpy to 0.60.6

Bump ZHA dependency zigpy to 0.60.6 (diff).

This is a minor release that replaces a few unnecessary warnings with debug-level logging instead. These warnings generated unnecessary noise and confusion in log files. It also fixes an unawaited coroutine warning if a request is cancelled before it could be sent (i.e. coordinator has disconnected).
