Add BMW tire pressure sensors

Proposed change

This PR adds 8 sensors to BMW connected drive: (current) tire pressure per tire and target pressure (disabled by default).

Required refactoring of the sensor's way of getting data from the vehicle object (7cf2c6f). If this should be moved to a separate PR, please let me know.

After rebasing there is something not working as desired. Will check.
