Adds timer support for Dutch
Mostly directly based on the English intents

Also added the newly added error responses, and error responses for floors which were missing

1-86: Review the entire file for syntax and logical consistency.

The YAML structure appears correctly formatted and logically consistent with the intent of providing Dutch responses for the HassTimerStatus. The use of Jinja templating is appropriate for dynamic response generation based on the context of timers. Good job on covering various scenarios like no timers, only paused timers, and active timers with detailed time descriptions.

1-86: Confirm alignment with PR objectives and AI-generated summary.

The changes in this file align well with the PR's objectives of enhancing Dutch language support for timer-related intents in Home Assistant. The detailed handling of different timer states and the inclusion of conditional responses based on the timer's attributes are in line with the expected functionality.

31-33: Address feedback from previous reviews.

The feedback from the previous review has been incorporated correctly. The use of "1 gepauzeerde timer" and its plural form "gepauzeerde timers" aligns with the suggested improvements. This enhances the clarity and appropriateness of the responses.
