Disappearing of comment on dragging the comment outside the box.

Describe the bug

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Tasks page
2. Click on see task history icon on right of any tasks
3. Scroll down to comment box and write some comments
4. Select the comment and drag it outside the box.
5. See error( the comment box is gone and on opening the comment box again, the written comment is gone)

Expected behavior
The comment should be preserved on dragging the comments outside of the box. The preservation of comment could also be an option on clicking of outside the box.
