What is the motivation for adding/enhancing this feature?

The alert for editing facility name should auto focus and enter should submit the name

What are the acceptance criteria?

@dt2patel Sir Ion-alert does not provide support to save the changes on keyup.
ionic-team/ionic-framework#21665

If we want to achieve this we can move to ionic-modal.

As the framework does not provide this support by default, hence moving this to backlog for now and will pick this again once ionic have some support for this case.
Discussed with @dt2patel Sir.
