In addition to CLI-related changes, I fixed a typo in storage_test.js

…ain to set the subdomain.

Update instructions in facebook readme with new CLI options.
Fix syntax error in storage_test.js, caught by npm run test.

using botkit 0.2.2

when I use the cli options like --lt --ltsubdomain mydomain
I'll see this:
Serving webhook endpoints for Messenger Platform at: http://MY_HOST:5000/facebook/receive

so I'm not sure if a localtunnel.me tunnel is actually setup.
i assume it would be mydomain.localtunnel.me just as if i was using the standalone lt command.
however nothing seems to be running there...
