Adds resolution info for iOS devices using a lookup table

I feel like there must be a better way to do this than using a lookup table... I'll look into this later. I'll merge this if I can't find an automatic approach. Thanks!

I'm almost certain that older versions don't have any way to check, newer iOS versions might, but I would say its worth merging just to support all devices, and if a better way is found it can be kept as a fallback
