Indy Docker Container WG

Issues with the running GS1 Container (our buster image) in the ID Union Test Network are under investigation

- Guido is running the buster image for some month in a test network (few 100 transactions) without problems.
- Hakan and Patrick are currently using ~~our ubuntu 18 container?~~ in a test network (IDU AG Back up) together with ubuntu 16 vms. This should reproduce the issue in IDU if it is related to the container.

- We have learned how the node controller works https://github.com/hyperledger/indy-node/tree/master/indy_node/utils in the extra session on Node Controller functionality for containers on 2021-08-24
- First get a working node image ( https://github.com/IDunion/indy-node-container/issues/38 ) then work on node controller!
