I added Interslavic (http://interslavic-language.org/) which is a zonal constructed language (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zonal_constructed_language) across Slavic people (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pan-Slavic_language) getting more and more attention these days. It's comprehensible for all the Slavic people even without learning it. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NztgXMLwv4A)
I used 'isv' code as this was proposed and used in ISO request (https://iso639-3.sil.org/sites/iso639-3/files/change_requests/2014/2014-053_isv.pdf). Even though the request was rejected (https://iso639-3.sil.org/sites/iso639-3/files/change_requests/2014/CR_Comments_2014-053.pdf) because of not having a 'well-developed or long history'. The CR Comments also says 'Should it continue to develop standardization and literature and users, with evidence of being passed to
another generation, it can be resubmitted for a code.'
This is my way to contribute to conlang (constructed language) communities as well as promoting the idea of Interslavic language.
I plan to actually use it on my blog, so there's an actual usage case for this PR.
I kindly ask you to merge it.
