This is for #214 and just puts a link to the webpage on the readme and provides an update in the release notes. The actual content is developed on the branch https://github.com/ibpsa/project1-boptest/tree/issue214_ghPages in the /web directory, then transferred and posted via the branch https://github.com/ibpsa/project1-boptest/tree/gh-pages in the /docs directory.
