The existing REPL header seemed like it wanted some text. The Dependencies and command line options is what I myself didn't understand until it was explained to me by Rui Barreiro on the Idris forum groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/idris-lang/5i0FZoYj8A0. Once i understood how to do this simple thing (create and open a folder!) my Atom experience has been awesome.
