Postscript-based voting system

Tested on a lexmark T652dn using Atril for preview and print dialog of the PS files

Instructions:

1. Print acta_de_apertura.ps
2. Print normally, if you want to print a vote try lista1.psor lista2.ps
3. Print acta_de_cierre.ps to see the votes printed with their respective emission datetime
4. ???
5. Profit!
6. It's not a printer, it's a computer!
