Openfire Hazelcast Plugin 3.0.0 Release

This release contains a major upgrade of the third-party Hazelcast framework. When upgrading from an earlier version of this plugin, please take careful note of the upgrade instructions that are part of the readme file of the plugin.

Notably, pre-existing hazelcast-local-config.xml files (in the conf directory of your Openfire installation) are likely to be incompatible. The safest course of action is to replace this file with a freshly generated copy.
