• reintroduce rmarkdown due to reasons outlined here: Adds min package version teal.logger#49 (comment)
• fix typo in GH reference used for max strategy
• vbump formatters - here I'm not super sure and need your help, see below a dedicated thread: fix verdepcheck #841 (comment). This indicates error in the release pipeline until the release of formatters
