I've been blocked from merging by a random test error that seems to be from firebase/firestore being updated: firebase/firebase-js-sdk#5687 |

The error in the testing was addressed with #292 so this should be ready to merge now as well |

Published the most updated version of the web-sdk as version 0.0.2 on npm.
Added a small script that I used to make the publishing process easier in the future.
