Yeah, not sure what's up with those CI failures. I'll need to spend some time debugging that. |
It turns out that it is needed for some debian distros while it works fine on others.

I would like to be able to use rpc-perf as an apt package in combination with other iop systems projects. This PR introduces a new workflow to build these packages when a github release is made.
